You take 125 calls in your 4 week billing cycle. The first 100 calls are priced at £1.25 and the next 25 at £1.00. Your total cost is (£125.00 + £25.00) = £150.00
Pricing Example 2:
You take 215 calls in your 4 week billing cycle. The first 100 calls are priced at £1.25, the next 100 at £1.00 and the final 15 at £0.75. Your total cost is (£125.00 + £100.00 + £11.25) = £236.25

Prices start at just £1.25 (+VAT) per connected call for your first 100 calls in your 4 week billing cycle. If you take more than 100 calls in the billing cycle, you are charged £1.00 (+VAT) for the next 100 (101 – 200). If you take over 200 calls per billing cycle you will be charged £0.75 (+VAT) for all calls 201 and over.
We use a 4 weekly billing cycle to calculate your usage and create invoices. This means you will have 13 invoices per year, spread evenly. We think this is the easiest way of calculating usage and cost.
